Media Account Manager

Juice is thrilled to be working with an award-winning media buying agency based, in brand new stunning offices within the heart of Bath.
This is a great opportunity for someone with roughly 2-3 years of experience in the media sector, looking to join and grow with an expanding organisation.
DAY TO DAY:
• Generate new business within an assigned group of leads and opportunities.
• Look for opportunities to develop strengths and improve on weaknesses.
• Working directly with clients to set strategy, programming and budgets.
• Problem solving, identifying root causes and providing solutions.
• Oversee new client set-up, renewals and open enrollment meetings.
• Responsible for overall account fiscal status, including reconciliation.
• Establish, maintain and coordinate service dialogue between business units.
• Work with customer teams to drive growth initiatives.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
• Ideally 2+ years Media Agency or Media Sales experience.
• Someone who prefers a phone call to an email, and face to face to a zoom.
• You enjoy negotiation and get a buzz from succeeding.
• You pride yourself on client service.
• Self-starting and enjoy autonomy.
• Happier being in the office than at home and wants to be part of a team.
• You want the opportunity to learn, grow and become part of something special!
