Juice Recruitment is excited to be supporting a specialist executive search firm, with their search for a Researcher to join their rapidly expanding team.

You will be working alongside a highly experienced executive search team, assisting with market research, identifying candidates, selling opportunities and supporting the team to fill senior-level vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing in-depth research projects
Qualifying candidates and headhunting
Developing detailed candidate records
Building sustainable customer relationships
Meeting targets and KPIs
Developing and maintaining reporting systems
Confidently communicating with clients and candidates via telephone
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with some office experience. You will have a natural ability to build relationships and engage with people. An unflappable nature, results-driven mindset and a proactive attitude will give you the tools to succeed in this role.

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per year
