We're seeking a talented individual to join a team as a Help Desk Operator. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week with a competitive salary of £22,308 per annum, along with matching pension contributions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Be able to process all incoming telephone traffic by following clients procedures in accordance with Client instructions
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- Log all interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of problems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IT systems and software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
