Juice is absolutely delighted to be supporting a reputable and high-end Bath-based organisation, with their search for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor.
We are looking for a professional individual, who takes pride in giving excellent customer service, someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to their role and is eager to make a difference within an organisation. This is an exciting time to join an established brand and provide crucial support to the running of the business.
This is a full time in the office role.
DAY TO DAY:
• Being the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email communications.
• Be responsible for understanding customer needs, taking orders from customers, and providing technical support.
• Organise and process returns.
• Maintain internal records, and account administration, update the system, and record any written or verbal correspondence efficiently.
• Liaise with customers and couriers through the telephone and through email.
• Process calls timely in order to meet achievable team targets.
