This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within the energy sector and develop your customer service skills. You will predominantly be supporting the procurement advisor with administrative and service support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
You Will Be:
Liaising with suppliers regularly.
Confirming contract details with suppliers and tracking progress.
Updating data within systems and supplier portals.
Securing supplier invoices for bill validation.
Supporting with the setup of price comparisons.
Creating tickets for incorrect invoices.
Resolving customer and supplier queries.
Analysing data and preparing reports.
You will have:
A strong academic background.
Recent experience of working in a customer service position.
Excellent communications skill and telephone manner.
Confidence and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Proficient with Microsoft, including word and excel.
Progression for the right candidate will be to customer service of our larger clients in helping them with their energy saving and procurement plans.
